Customer Responsibility

  • Be sure of your vehicle’s year, make, and model as well as any features (if applicable) before purchasing a part.
  • Feel free to contact us via if you are unsure if the part will fit correctly. We will be more than happy to answer any questions to help ensure you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle.
  • Make sure that you carefully inspect the items when they are received. We will be unable to refund parts ordered incorrectly if they have been modified, damaged, and/or painted.
  • We do recommend professional installation on all parts. If you choose to install the product yourself, please carefully research the correct procedures before installation. Parts that are damaged due to improper installation will not be covered by warranty.


We pride ourselves on being able to ship the same day if ordered before 5PM EST. Due to this, our warehouses operate extremely fast and can have an ordered part packed and in the delivery truck within 5 minutes of online checkout. This can make cancellations difficult, but if contacted before the item reaches this point we will do our best to cancel the order for you.

Parts Ordered Incorrectly or No Longer Needed

If you have ordered a part incorrectly or you simply no longer want/need the item purchased. Do not worry, we will gladly except new and unused items returned within 60 days of purchase.

1 Year Limited Warranty

All items are covered by a 1 Year Limited Parts Warranty as of the order date. Warranty covers the product price of the defective part and excludes labor, damages, shipping, and other costs. If one of our products fails within the warranty period, we will provide a refund or replacement. Abuse, misuse, modification, and incorrect installation are not covered under this warranty.

Freight Charge

Unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error with the part, return freight charges will not be reimbursed.

Refund Process

Your refund will normally process within 2-3 business days from the date the part arrives in our warehouse.
